This policy applies to caicllc.com and to the consulting, training, and build work provided by Calibrated AI Consulting LLC ("Calibrated AI", "we", "us"). Questions about any of it go to hello@caicllc.com.
The AI Readiness Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere. No email is required to use it.
We use your information to reply to you, to schedule and deliver the work, to send invoices, and to keep normal business records. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you asked to be on one.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise hand your personal information to anyone for their own use. The only parties who ever touch it are the service providers we need to operate: our website host, our email provider, the service that delivers contact form submissions to us, and our payment processor. They handle it on our instructions and for no other purpose. Beyond that, we would only disclose information if the law required it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
The site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not share behavioral data with ad networks. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you would rather it did not, browser settings and content blockers can stop it without breaking the site.
Anything you share with us during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not use your business data to train AI models, and we do not publish it, quote it, or name you as a client without your permission.
We keep correspondence and project materials for as long as we are working together and afterward for normal business and tax record-keeping. Ask us to delete something and we will, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Email hello@caicllc.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from anything we send at any time.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every possible breach.
This site and these services are meant for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
